Burnaby Village Museum

We went to Burnaby Village Museum (my company picnic) today, Eunice and Isaac really had a good time. We had a carousel ride but it was too fast for them. Eunice also got a "camera" from a gift draw.

My first step

Isaac stepped out his first step in this few day. He was so happy about it. When we praised him, he would clap his hands with a big smile. But now I have to watch out on him more often.

A Visit to Vancouver Zoo

Last Saturday we went to the Vancouver Zoo with Uncle Sam's family. Eunice was so excited because she could see animals. The first question that she asked was where was the elephant. We told her that it was dead. After a while, she asked again. I guessed she didn't know the meaning of "death". Then we said to her that the elephant was with God the Father in Heaven. Then she said OK. When we arrived the Zoo, Eunice and Hannah (Eunice's cousin) were so happy. Jumping, laughing, walking, running ... We almost lost control of them. How about Isaac and Coleman?? They had to sit on the strollers quietly looking around and wondering why their sisters were so happy. It was a very beautiful day with no rain but a little bit wind. It's good to have a walk for us.

Hi! Do I look cool with this sunglasses on?

Summer time ... I am out ...

It's summertime, it's summertime. We went to Granville Island one day. Isaac was so happy to see some ducklings and so was Eunice. He knew a lot of things but still doesn't want to say a word except MaMa (very clearly if he wants something). He starts to have an afternoon nap for 3 hours. In the morning he wants to play with Eunice. That's good to me because Eunice and Isaac go to have nap at the same time and I can take a short break.. hehe..

What is this ???

Eunice is starting to ask "What is this?" for the last few weeks. She is curious on everything. One day, I was cleaning the bathroom. Eunice came in and asked what I was doing. Then she pointed to my facial mask and asked "what is this?". Then she pointed to my facial cream and asked the same question and then pointed to another object and asked the same question again. It was funny when I answered her the first time. But then she kept on asking the same object for the second, third and fourth time. It wasn't funny anymore. However, I found out one thing. She had a very good memory by repeating ask the same question. Right now, Eunice knew how to memorize Psalm Ch 23, John 3:16 and John 14:6. If you don't know the verse, ask Eunice and she will tell you.
